What is anti-reflective glass and when do you use it?
Anti-reflective glass is glass with a matte, anti-reflective layer on one side. This layer scatters the incoming light, which greatly reduces reflections and glare. The image behind the glass therefore stays calm and clearly visible.
When do you use anti-reflective glass?
You mainly choose anti-reflective glass when photos or artworks hang in a bright room, where reflections from windows or lighting are distracting. Anti-reflective glass of 2 mm is specially intended for photo frames, picture frames and poster frames. Because it is so thin, it fits almost all standard frames and keeps the whole thing light.
