How does the GlasBoertje loyalty program work?

After each delivery, the order amount is added to your total for the past 12 months. Based on that total, you receive a discount percentage that applies to your next order. The discount percentage ranges from 5% (Bronze, from €750) to 12.5% (Platinum, from €4,000). Your current status is always visible in your account.

Who is the GlasBoertje loyalty program for?

The loyalty program is designed for regular business customers such as carpentry companies, handyman businesses, interior builders, contractors, hotels and other B2B buyers of custom glass and mirrors. You need a business account with your company name and VAT number.

How do I participate in the loyalty program?

Create a business account with your company name and VAT number and always log in with that account when placing orders. Orders are registered per account so your loyalty is automatically built up. In your account you can always see your current loyalty level, the accumulated order amount and the corresponding discount percentage.

What are the loyalty discount levels?

The loyalty program has four levels based on spending excl. VAT in the past 12 months: Bronze (from €750 = 5% discount), Silver (from €1,500 = 7.5% discount), Gold (from €2,500 = 10% discount) and Platinum (from €4,000 = 12.5% discount).

Does the loyalty discount apply to all products?

The loyalty discount applies to almost all orders, but not to transport and packaging costs and not to insulating glass due to its already very competitive pricing. The discount also does not apply to already discounted products.

How long does it take before I see my loyalty discount?

The discount percentage is automatically calculated based on delivered and registered orders in the past 12 months. After each delivery your total is updated. In your account you can immediately see your current level and the corresponding discount for your next order.

Can resellers and trade buyers also use the loyalty program?

Yes, the loyalty program is particularly suitable for resellers and trade buyers such as carpentry companies, interior builders and contractors who regularly order custom glass and mirrors. The more you order, the higher your discount level and the more advantageous each subsequent order becomes.
