Canceling and Returns


As a consumer you are entitled to a revocation of your placed order(s). We explicitly point out that all of our glass products are customized products and that they are excluded from this revocation. Also the glass articles which we have listed as standard sizes and products on the website, such as the LED-mirrors and the shower doors are excluded from revocation. These products are based on standard sizes that are more common in the market, but are not inventory items and completely customized products. Also, joiner products that are part of, for example, a composed shower door and / or mirror can not be returned, since this is a part of the customized product.

It is impossible to have everything in stock. As a result, we will have to order some items specially from a manufacturer abroad. These items can also not be returned. We will inform you if this is the case.

With a revocation a reason is not mandatory, but we would appreciate it if you can inform us why you've gone to revoke your order (more information on the revocation exclusions can be found in Art. 10 of our Terms and Conditions)


The following items are covered by the revocation:

  1. Seperate ordered accessories (such as mirror heater, clips, etc.), only possible with standard stock items 
  2. Seperate ordered mounting materials (such as mounting kits, kit, tape, etc.), only possible with standard stock items
  3. Maintenance products (such as glass cleaner, anti-limescale coating, etc.), only possible with standard stock items and not-opened products
  4. Seperate ordered door fittings (such as hinges, door handles, door handles, etc.), only possible with standard stock items

If you cancel the order before it has been delivered (if the goods are not allready on the way to you) we will proceed within 14 days after the termination of the agreement to repay the amount paid, back to you of these articles.
If you use your right for revocation before any supplies are send to you, you obviously do not send goods back. If there are articles already on their way to you or you allready received them please read below the section about "Returning goods".


Returning goods

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without reason commencing on the date of receipt of the product. You have to return the product within 14 days from the time of the feedback. The product can only be unused, undamaged and, if possible, be returned in original packaging. For returning the order the return costs at your expense. We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use this returning goods form.

The trader shall reimburse all payments to the consumer, including the delivery costs charged by the operator for the returned product (only if the entire order is returned), without delay, but within 14 days after the day on which the consumer notifies him of the revocation. Unless the trader offers to collect the product itself, he may wait to in repaying the ammnout until he has received the product or the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earliest. The trader uses the same means of payment used by the customer for reimbursement unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The repayment is free of charge for consumers. If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the trader does not have to reimburse the additional costs of the more expensive method.
