Laminated glass

Laminated glass

Laminated glass is safety glass that consists of two or more glass plates that are bonded together with one or more transparent or matte films. This will give you a composite glass plate (laminated glass) that will stick together in the event of the breakage of the glass. Each composition / thickness and type is suitable for a different application.

Pay attention! Every situation requires a specific glass combination (combination of glass thickness and a number of films). Strict NEN safety standards apply to this. Applying these standards is mandatory in many cases and is your own responsibility.

Because laminated glass will stick to each other in the event of a broken glass and no pieces of glass will fall down, this is extremely suitable for use in side windows of interior doors, glass in interior doors itself, glass partitions and roof glazing for in example conservatories or canopies.
