What is 2 mm anti-reflective glass suitable for, and what not?

2 mm anti-reflective glass is suitable for photo frames, picture frames and clip frames. It is not suitable for applications where the glass is put under load or has a load-bearing function.

Suitable for

The glass was developed for frames. Because it is so thin, it is light and easy to fit into a standard frame.

Not suitable for

That same small thickness makes the glass fragile. 2 mm anti-reflective glass is therefore not suitable for:

• table tops
• doors or walls
• large free spans
• situations where safety glass is needed
