Can I cancel or return an order of individual items?

Yes, you can cancel or return individual items. Think of a mirror heater, a mounting set, cleaning products, a door knob or handle, or a hinge. They fall under your right of withdrawal (see articles 6 to 10 of our terms and conditions).

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can simply cancel it. If we have already sent the items, you return them to us at your own expense. Once they arrive back with us in good order, we refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs we charged you.

Please note: this does not apply to custom glass and mirrors. They fall outside the right of withdrawal; see cancelling custom orders.
