Can I cancel my order for custom glass or mirrors?

No, in principle you cannot cancel an order for custom glass or mirrors. These items are made to measure and tailored to your wishes. We cannot put them in stock or sell them to someone else.

Once you have received our email that your order has gone into production, cancelling is no longer possible at all. Not even if it will take a few more days before your product is completely ready. Your order is then already in the production planning and is made together with other orders, so we can no longer take it out.

This applies not only to the glass, but to all parts that belong to the ordered custom product. This exception to the right of withdrawal is set out in article 10 of our terms and conditions.
