Can I return custom glass or mirrors?

No, we cannot take back custom-made glass and mirrors. They have been made especially for you, sometimes in a particular shape, with edgework or with holes. Even a large panel from which we could in theory still make smaller orders cannot be returned.

This is due to the production process. Cutting glass to size is set up for large glass sheets that come out of the glass furnace. These sheets are often 2550 x 3210 mm or 6000 x 3210 mm. Smaller sheets cannot be processed there.

In addition, the law makes an exception for custom work: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications. This is also stated in article 10 of our general terms and conditions.

Separate items, such as fittings or a mirror heater, can be returned. See cancelling or returning separate items and the cancellation and returns page.
