What warranty does Duco give on a trickle vent?

Duco gives a 10-year warranty from the invoice date, decreasing by 10% every year: 100% in the first year, 90% in the second, down to 10% in the tenth.

The warranty covers defects in the material, the paint finish and the operation of the vent, not its installation. In case of a defect, Duco supplies the part or the vent again; Duco does not cover the cost of removing and refitting it.
