Points of attention:

  • Use the right screws for your situation (these are not included with the hinge)
  • Mount the hinges on the door, position the door in the right place, and mark the drill holes on the frame. Now remove the door and drill the screw holes
  • Place the door back in the correct position and screw the hinges securely onto the frame
  • Work carefully and with the right tools
  • Preferably use a long level or a laser level for properly positioning the door
  • Up to a door height of 2100 mm (210 cm), always use two hinges. If the door is higher, three hinges are used. This provides better load-bearing capacity, and the pressure when opening/closing the door is better distributed over three hinges
  • Ensure that you use the correct glass deduction when ordering the glass door. Consult with us for advice if you are unsure
  • Never let the door rest on the floor; always place something in between, such as a wooden slat, blanket, carpet, etc. Placing glass on a hard surface greatly increases the risk of damage. This also applies to contact with the wall and other hard surfaces. Protect the glass; it remains a fragile product
