This aluminum U-profile of 25x25x25 mm Stainless Steel look in outer size has an inner size of 23 x 21 x 23 mm. The most ideal would be to fit a glass panel of 12 mm thickness. This leaves you 4.5 mm space on both sides of the glass to apply a sealant seam (21 mm width as inner size minus 12 mm thick glass leaves 9 mm space. You divide this 9 mm over 2 sides of the glass, and that is 4.5 mm space per side).
15 mm thick glass could also be put in but then this will only mean a sealant of 3 mm per side. This is actually also ok. With 19 mm glass you only have only 1.5 mm left per side. In that case you could first put the selant in the profile and then press the glass panel in it. The disadvantage is that you have to break everything if you ever remove the glass from the profile.
You can use this profile indoors to mount glass. A common application for this profile is for glass walls.

Points of attention:
This profile has got a Stainless Steel look finish, however this is not the same finish as the other profiles on the website. You cannot combine the other profiles with this one, you will certainly see the difference in finishing- The ends are not finished when you receive them. You will have to finish it yourself by filing it smooth
- For this profile, no cover caps are available for the ends. You will have to seal this with silicone kit or make a cap yourself by cutting off a piece of a scrap piece, which you can then mount on the head side
- Think carefully about the right glass size when you put a window in the profile. You will have to use a small glass deduction of at least about 2-4 mm (also depending on the screw head that can stick in the profile). If you place the head in a sunken position, a minimum of 2 mm is sufficient
- Preferably place a fitting wrap under the glass in the profile. You can also place this gasket on the side of the glass to place the pane well in the profile before sealing it permanently. If you use this assembly gasket between the head side of the glass and the profile, take into account an additional glass deduction of at least 2 mm or 3 mm (depending on the thickness of the gasket used for it)
