The products on our website are already competitively priced, but if you are a business customer you can still reward yourself with a discount on subsequent orders. To participate you will first have to register as a business customer. With every order you will have to log in to your account so that the order is registered on your account and company name. Without registration and login the loyalty program will not work. After all, we need to know who is ordering and in which name the purchase amount must be registered.

Why do I have to order before I get a discount?

The products on our website are priced in line with the market. But if you order more from us, we would like to give you the chance to earn some extra discount. We reward you for your efforts and are happy to receive repeat orders. When you buy products from us, we give back a piece by giving a fixed discount on these follow-up orders. This program is not intended for one-off orders, but really for our regular business customers.

The discounts are registered to your customer account so make sure you place orders from the same account. As a company, you should therefore preferably use a general e-mail address and no personal e-mail addresses. Otherwise, orders will be registered under different accounts and the discounts will not accrue properly. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer discounts to other accounts.

 

How does the GlasBoertje loyalty program work?

The more you have ordered and received, the higher the discount on new orders. This is how the program works:

You log in to your account and place an order
The order will be delivered to you
The amount of that order will be added to "ordered amount" in your account
You log in again and place a new order
The system looks at "ordered amount of the last 12 months" and assigns the correct accrued discount to your order
The order will be delivered back to you
The amount of that order will be added to "ordered amount" in your account
etc. etc.

So every time your order is delivered, the order amount of that order will be added to your account. The system looks at the total amount of delivered orders over the last 12 months. This is the basis of your discount percentage. This discount is fixed and applies to almost all non-discounted products on the website. The discount does not apply to transport and packaging costs. We also had to exclude insulating glass from the loyalty discount. The prices of double glazing are so competitive that we already have to price them extra competitively, which means that an extra discount is unfortunately not possible...

 

The discounts we use are divided into the following graduated scales:

  • Bronze: from € 750 excl. VAT on delivered and registered orders in the past 12 months, a discount of 5% applies
    Silver: from € 1,500 excl. VAT on delivered and registered orders in the past 12 months, a discount of 7.5% applies
    Gold: from € 2,500 excl. VAT on delivered and registered orders in the past 12 months, a discount of 10% applies
    Platinum: from € 4,000 excl. VAT on delivered and registered orders in the past 12 months, a discount of 12.5% ​​applies
