Is it possible to cancel my order with custom made glass products?

Sorry, it is not possible to cancel your order if this is a customised glass product. These items are custom-made and assembled to your requirements, and can not be put in stock. In addition to the customised glass products, this also applies to all the components that are part of the total ordered custom glass article. For this exception to the right of withdrawal, please refer to Art. 10 of our  Terms and Conditions.
